Learning the Rules by rule number and rule name will help when you need to look up a particular Rule or Interpretation. Learning the names of the Rules in one sitting is difficult. It is easier to learn the names of the Rules in small groups. Try memorizing the Rules in these groupings: Rules 1-4. Rules 5-6 & 8-9. Rules 7, 10, 14, & 20. Rules 12-13. Rules 11, 15, & 16.
